France-based company, Astellia, a global provider of network and subscriber intelligence for mobile operators, has inked a strategic 4G deal with Orange Moldova.

As part of the deal, Astellia will offer Orange Moldova services such as customer and network analytics and key performance indicator analysis to help operator deliver an enhanced user experience to its subscribers.
