Ericsson signs a three-year managed services deal with Zain

Ericsson has signed a three-year managed services deal with Zain in Saudi Arabia.
The company will oversee all activities related to the operators’ field operations and network maintenance across Saudi Arabia.
Fraser Curley, chief executive officer, Zain Saudi Arabia, said, “We have transferred the day-to-day operations and maintenance services of Zain’s active and passive field infrastructure across the Kingdom including corrective and preventive maintenance services to Ericsson.”
