She has worked as chief information officer and general manager, IT services for a national VSAT provider. Gangotra's responsibilities at Airtel include overseeing the company's IT operations across various business lines – mobile, corporate, carrier, fixed line, broadband and DTH. She remains motivated while working on strict deadlines with clear deliverables.
Archana G. Gulati

Archana Gulati graduated in economics from Lady Sri Ram College, University of Delhi, and went on to clear the Indian P&T Accounts and Finance Service examination. She also did an MBA and a 10-month master's degree in defence and strategic studies from the Defence Services Staff College, Wellington, Tamil Nadu.
With nearly two decades of professional experience in different capacities, she views herself variously – as a bureaucrat, a public relations officer, a finance professional, an accountant, an economist and an administrative head.
Sridevi Koneru

Starting with the modest ambition of being an engineer, Sridevi Koneru has come a long way. With a master's in computer science and an MBA from Wharton, she has learnt the art of combining the use of data with her intuitive skills in problem-solving.
She finds herself addicted to the idea of discovering new technological possibilities and thus being part of a movement that ushers in change.
Preeti Malhotra

A law graduate and company secretary, Preeti Malhotra has been working with the Spice Group for about 20 years now. She has earlier been group president, corporate affairs, and company secretary for Spice Communications, Spice Limited, Xerox Modicorp, Modi Telstra, Modi Federal and Spice Corporation.
Malhotra is an active council member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She was the first woman to be elected president of the institute. In 2003, she received the Bharat Nirman Talented Ladies Award.
Monica

She has invested 13 years in telecom, working with key players like Nokia, Escotel and Reliance Communications. Currently heading the legal and compliance division of Nokia for the India and Nepal subregion, Monica Mohil started out as a science graduate from Maharani College, Jaipur, Rajasthan. But a degree in law changed the direction of her career. A particularly exciting assignment was the one with RCOM, where she was instrumental in building a strong legal team.
Rachna Mukherjee

Rachna Mukherjee has 20 years of experience in telecom and IT. After graduating from BITS, Pilani, she started her career in software development, but then moved to human resources in the telecom sector. An unusual shift, she attributes her move to her desire to work for people.
Arundati Panda

Arundati Panda has constantly pushed the envelope. After graduating in chemistry and doing an MBA in finance, she cleared the civil services examination. She entered the P&T Accounts and Finance Services in 1985, which led to her next destination – telecom. In this sector, she has handled almost every aspect of finance, accounts, taxation, etc. Her current assignment is exciting as she is solely responsible for setting benchmarks. Panda believes that with basic intelligence and lots of hard work, there is no goal that cannot be achieved.
Kirthiga Reddy

After a master's in computer engineering from Syracuse University and an MBA from Stanford, Kirthiga Reddy made her foray into the professional world in the US. After stints at Silicon Graphics and Booz Allen Hamilton, she moved to Motorola India. Currently, she leads the cross-functional "Good India" team, pushing forward revenues from new products and coordinating business and engineering deliverables between Motorola's Indian teams and their global counterparts.
