Alcatel has launched the Onetouch POP 8S tablet in India at a price of Rs 10,499. The device is available exclusively on the online portal of Flipkart.

The tablet features an 8-inch screen with 1280x800p resolution and runs on Android 4.4 (Kitkat) operating system. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor coupled with 1 GB RAM and 8 GB internal memory, expandable up to 64 GB through micro SD card. It has a 5 MP rear camera and a 3 MP front camera.

The device has a 4,060 mAh battery and offers voice calling facility along with 4G-LTE, Bluetooth 4.0 and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n connectivity.
