Micromax Informatics Limited has launched the Canvas Hue smartphone in India at a price of Rs 10,999. The dual-SIM device has a 5-inch HD AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor with a Mali 450 GPU and runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system. The Canvas Hue has 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage, which is further expandable up to 32 GB through a microSD card.

It features an 8 megapixel autofocus primary camera with Sony Exmor RS sensor, and LED flash, along with a 2 megapixel fixed-focus front camera. The smartphone offers various connectivity options including 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro-USB, A-GPS and 3.5mm audio jack. It has a battery capacity of 3000 mAh.
