Micromax Informatics Limited has launched the Canvas Nitro A311 smartphone in India at a price of Rs 13,574. The dual-SIM smartphone has a 5-inch HD display with a resolution of 720x1280 pixels. It is powered by a 1.7 GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6592 processor and runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system. Further, it has 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 32 GB through a microSD card.

The Canvas Nitro A311 smartphone features a 13 megapixel primary camera with autofocus and a 5 megapixel front-facing fixed focus camera. The smartphone offers connectivity options like GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Micro-USB, GPS/ A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, 3.5mm audio jack, and FM radio. It also features an accelerometer, ambient light, and proximity sensor.
