Dell launches the Venue 7 and Venue 8 tablets in India
Dell has launched the Venue 7 and Venue 8 tablets in India for a price of Rs 14,999 and Rs 18,999 respectively. The Venue 7 has a 7-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1280x800 pixels. It is powered by a 1.6 GHz dual-core Intel Atom Z3460 processor and runs on Android 4.4 KitKat operating system (OS). Further, it features a 5 megapixel primary camera and a 1 megapixel front facing camera.
The Venue 8 has an 8-inch HD IPS display with a resolution of 920x1200 pixels. It is powered by a 2.1 GHz dual-core Intel Atom Z3480 processor and runs on the same OS as Venue 7. It features a 5 megapixel primary camera and a 2 megapixel front camera.
Both the launched tablets have 1 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage which is expandable through a microSD card. Both of these tablets come with voice-calling support and have 3G connectivity. Also, they have a battery capacity of 4550 mAh.
