HTC has launched the Desire 516C smartphone in India. The HTC 516C is a dual-SIM phone with a 5-inch display and pixel density of 220 ppi. It runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system and is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processpr. With 1 GB of RAM and 4 GB of inbuilt storage, the phone supports memory expansion up to 32 GB through a microSD card.

The smartphone features a 5 megapixel primary camera with LED flash along with a 0.3 megapixel secondary camera. Further, it has options like GRPS/ EDGE, 3G (HSPA+), Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro-USB, and 3.5 mm audio jack for connectivity. The Desire 516C has been launched exclusively on the e-commerce website, Snapdeal for a price of Rs 12,990.
