Hutchison has expanded its operations in Uttaranchal and has become the first private player to offer services in the hills of Tehri Garhwal.Tehri Garhwal. The operator has expanded its network to 35 towns of Uttaranchal, including the remote areas of Pauri Garhwal, Chamba and Srinagar.
