Tata Teleservices Limited (TTSL) has launched GSM services in the Chennai, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Karnataka circles under the brand Tata DoCoMo. TTSL has earmarked an investment of $2 billion for its pan-Indian GSM network rollout, to be completed by end 2009, including $150 million for the Karnataka circle.
