RCOM has launched GSM services in the National Capital R Region (NCR) and the Jammu & Kashmir circle. Continuing the trend of offering low tariffs, RCOM has fixed the lowest initial subscription at Rs 49. For a Rs 115 package, a customer in the NCR will get a new connection with 450 minutes of free calling time. The offer includes unlimited free Reliance-toReliance local calls at night.
