RCOM has set aside around Rs 47 billion for rollout of its 3G telecom services. The 3G investment will reportedly be funded through RCOM's internal cash reserves of Rs 120 billion.
Meanwhile, RCOM is scouting for a strategic partner for its 3G rollout. South Korean telecom company SKCC is reportedly in talks with RCOM for providing value-added services for the latter's 3G and IPTV services.
