RCOM has introduced GSM services in the Rajasthan and Punjab circles and is looking to expand into Jammu & Kashmir next.
The service provider has covered over 10,000 and 11,000 villages in Rajasthan and Punjab respectively. In both circles, the company also launched a Customer Experience Programme, which offers Rs 900 minutes of local talktime and SMSs in daily tranches of Rs 10 spread over 90 days, for a one-time subscription charge of Rs 25. This is beneficial for sub-Rs 300 ARPU mobile customers.
