Tata Teleservices Limited (TTSL) is planning to expand its operations in the Jammu & Kashmir and Northeast circles by the end of November 2008. It will be the fourth player to provide telecom services in the Jammu & Kashmir circle after Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), Bharti Airtel and Dishnet Wireless.
