The split in the Reliance Group has changed the ownership pattern of Reliance Infocomm with the company now becoming a part of Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Enterprises. According to news reports, a reshuffle is likely in the top management of the company consequent upon the change. Also, once the demerger and final settlement are complete, the company is expected to file for an initial public offering. There are also reports that Anil Ambani may buy back the entire floating stock of the company created through the demerger to gain absolute control over Reliance Infocomm.
