DoT cancels the VSAT licence held by HFCL

DoT has cancelled the VSAT licence held by Himachal Futuristic Communications Limited (HFCL) due to non-payment of dues.
HFCL had only 64 subscribers in this segment. In a related development, RPG Communication surrendered its VSAT licence.
