MTNL has raised its planned investment in the Delhi circle by 60 per cent for 2007-08, from Rs 7.96 billion to Rs 12.82 billion.
The company has set a target of adding 750,000 mobile subscribers in the current fiscal year. Part of the expenditure will be incurred on the installation of broadband equipment. The company is also planning to order equipment for 250,000 3G lines once the 3G policy is announced.
