Reliance Communications has sought the permission of the Delhi High Court for mergers of three of its subsidiaries within the company. Two of the company's subsidiaries, Synergy Enterprises Solutions and Reliance Infoinvestments, will be merged with Reliance Communications Infrastructure Limited, while Reliable Internet Services will be merged with Reliance Telecom. The company has already received the high court's approval for the merger of Reliance Infoinvestments, which will be effective as soon as the order is filed with the Registrar of Companies.
