Aircel Business Solutions (ABS) has launched wireless internet services through Wi-Max in Hyderabad. ABS also intends to extend Wi-Max to 40 cities in India in the near future and to 125 cities by the end of 2007. The company, which is targeting ITITeS firms, and the small and medium enterprise sector for its Wi-Max services, has acquired the necessary spectrum for the rollout of services. Meanwhile, the company is awaiting spectrum allocation for 14 more circles for a phased rollout.
