Aircel Cellular will invest over $400 million to complete the roll out of its mobile services across 14 new telecom circles over the next two years. The company, which is currently present in nine circles and has obtained licences to launch services in the remaining 14 circles of the country, will focus mainly on small communities in the new circles. For instance, last year, it started operations in Bihar by initially targeting 75 villages.
