Videocon Telecom to roll out 4G services by the end of 2015

Videocon Telecom is planning to launch 4G services by the end of 2015. The services will be launched in Punjab, Haryana, Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh.
Videocon is undertaking an investment of Rs 5.5 billion to launch the 4G services in these circles. The operator will launch the services using spectrum in the 1800 MHz band. To this end, Videocon has upgraded its core infrastructure and is replacing the radios over the towers.
Videocon is also planning to start its operations in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar with 4G services.
