SingTel acquires 60 per cent stake in Singapore Computer Systems (Singapore)

Singapore Telecommunications (SingTel) has acquired a 60 per cent stake in Singapore Computer Systems (SCS) for $99.3 million. The deal will make SCS a subsidiary of National Computer Systems, SingTel's wholly owned IT services company. The move will also help SingTel strengthen its position in the Asia-Pacific region.
