PE firms to pick up 22 per cent stake in Global Holding Corporation

PE firms including JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs, and telecom vendors including NSN, Ericsson, Huawei and ZTE have proposed to pick up 22 per cent stake in Global Holding Corporation (GHC). GHC holds 44 per cent in GTL Limited and 23 per cent in GTL Infrastructure. GTL Limited in turn owns 41 per cent in GTL Infrastructure. The market capitalisation of the two entities is about $1.7 billion.
