Hutchison delays IPO

Hutchison Whampoa, the parent company of Hutchison Telecommunications International Limited, has delayed the initial public offering (IPO) of its Indian arm to the second half of the year due to the uncertainty over foreign shareholding rules. The unit is expected to raise roughly $350-$500 million through the listing.
