Omantel and Temasek express interest in Flag Telecom stake

Oman-based telecom company Omantel and the Singapore government's investment arm, Temasek Holdings, have expressed interest in acquiring a stake in Flag Telecom. The company may divest up to 20 per cent stake through an international convertible bond issue worth over $200 million.
