SingTel sells stake in Bukaka SingTel

SingTel has sold 40 per cent stake in Indonesian wireline provider Bukaka SingTel International to Bukaka Telekomindo International for $58.4 million. Once the deal is completed, Telekomindo's stake in Bukaka SingTel will stand at 91 per cent. SingTel has reportedly recorded a loss of SG$11 million on disposal of the stake.
