Bharti Airtel enters into a master carrier services agreement with Mobily

Bharti Airtel has inked a strategic deal with Saudi Arabia-based operator, Mobily. Both the operators have signed a master carrier services agreement to interconnect each other’s multiprotocol label switching, international private leased circuit and internet-protocol based network.
The partnership is aimed at boosting data traffic on both the operators’ networks. Further, the deal is expected to enable Bharti Airtel and Mobily to provide reliable and redundant services to carriers and enterprise customers such as banking, retail and government.
