Alcatel-Lucent appoints S. Garg

Alcatel-Lucent has appointed Sarvdeep Garg as vice-president, services, India. Garg will be based in Gurgaon and report to Vivek Mohan, president of the company’s services division. Garg will be responsible for managed services and network system integration. He has over 25 years of experience in the telecom industry. Before joining Alcatel-Lucent, Garg was executive director, services, at Huawei Telecommunications India. He has earlier also worked as director, services, with Ericsson India. Garg is an electronics engineer from the Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh.
