Spice Digital appoints senior management
Spice Digital has announced the appointment of Lokesh Gupta as the chief operating officer for the Northern and Eastern region, Sudhir Kathuria as the chief operating officer for the Western region, and Pankaj Gupta as the chief operating officer for the Southern region.
This move is expected to help Spice Digital consolidate its Indian operations while capitalizing on its marketing and intellectual capital. These recent appointments are aimed at boosting the overall growth of the company in the ever growing and highly competitive Indian telecom industry.

Lokesh Gupta actualizes business opportunities from consumers’ desire for seamless convergence of fixed, mobile and IP network technologies. He has shown versatility in managing various positions in the evolution of Spice from its inception and has helped in building its present standing as the leading value added services (VAS) player. A computer science graduate from Punjab University, Patiala, he has 15 years of experience in telecom industry, prior to joining the organisation he was with Spice Telecom.
Pankaj Gupta is excellent in developing innovative business solutions for market research, mobile advertising, sales augmentation and others, enterprise customer acquisition and expanding engagement. He has 21 years of experience in the field of telecom and IT. He is a post graduate in electronics design and technology, graduate in electronics and communication and holds a post graduate diploma in financial management.
Sudhir Kathuria brings in over 19 years of diversified experience in heading sales, marketing and operations-related activities. He specialises in relationship management, marketing strategy, channel sales and promotions, contract negotiations and crisis management. He earned a post graduate diploma, with specialisation in marketing from Symbiosis, Pune and a degree in electrical engineering from New Delhi.
