Jai Mani appointed the product manager for Mi India

Jai Mani has been appointed as the new product manager for Mi India, the Indian subsidiary of China-based consumer electronic company Xiaomi. Mani was earlier associated with Google for a tenure of four years. At Google, he worked on strategy and analytics for the Google Play app store for 2.5 years. He was previously associated with product specialization at Google.
At present, he is the product manager and co-founder of a start up in San Francisco.
Xiaomi is planning an expansion outside China and is working towards increasing its footprint in India. So far, it has launched two devices in the Indian market, namely Mi 3 and Redmi 1S.
