Ericsson appoints Robert Puskaric as Senior VP and head of Business Unit Modems
Ericsson has appointed Robert Puskaric as senior vice-president and head of the company’s Business Unit Modems.
He will succeed Mats Norin, who headed the integration of the modems business into Ericsson following the company’s exit from its joint venture with ST in 2013. Prior to taking over his new role, Puskaric served as head of region Northern Europe and Central Asia of Ericsson (formerly LM Ericsson Telephone Co.) from October 2009 to May 2014. He has also been a member of Ericsson’s Global Leadership Team since 2010.
In his new role, Puskaric will help Ericsson strengthen its modems business as part of the company’s vision to achieve 50 billion connected devices by 2020.
