MphasiS has appointed Ajay Jotwani as senior vice president and head of infrastructure services.

Jotwani brings to the table over 22 years of global business experience in leadership, organisational strategy, sales management, business development and operations. In the last 12 years, he has focused on making strategic breakthroughs - opening geographies, establishing practices, and building global teams. He has has run successful programs in data center consolidation; virtualisation, workplace services and unified cloud strategy offering flexible services and consumption based models.

In his previous role at Wipro Technologies, he led new business acquisition for infrastructure services across manufacturing hi-tech (MHT), energy utilities (ENU) and banking financial services insurance (BFSI) verticals. Most recently, he led end to end IS sales and practice for the MHT industry in the US and Latin America.  Prior to Wipro, he was with Sify leading Infrastructure sales for North America and Europe. In addition, he has had leadership roles at Tech Mahindra, Syntel, HCL and others.

He holds a bachelor of engineering degree in electronics and communications from SJ College of Engineering, Mysore and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), New Delhi.
