SanDisk appoints Ganesh Guruswamy as Vice-President, India design center
SanDisk Corporation has appointed Ganesh Guruswamy as the vice-president and head, SanDisk India Design Center.
Guruswamy will lead the design center’s engineering teams to develop SanDisk’s consumer storage solutions, including USB flash drives, memory cards, microSD cards, and other removable flash-based products. Guruswamy will report to Jeff VerHeul, senior vice-president, corporate engineering, SanDisk.
Guruswamy has over 25 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. Prior to joining SanDisk, he served as vice-president and India country manager at Freescale Semiconductor. He has also been associated with organisations like Motorola, Advanced Micro Devices, and the Indian Space Research Organisation.
