Angira Agrawal to head NEC’s cloud business in India

Japan-based NEC has appointed Angira Agrawal as head and associate vice-president (VP) for its cloud business in India. He will be responsible for defining the overall strategy for the company’s cloud offering and go-to-market partnerships, and its cloud platform capabilities. Prior to joining NEC, Agrawal was working with Tata Communications as general manager, where he was managing a strategic joint investment and go-to-market partnership for the company’s cloud services; he also served as head of software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise mobility.
