S Mobility has launched the Samba and Carnival music handsets.

The devices are priced at Rs 3,599. The Samba comes equipped with a 2.2-inch QVGA screen, while the Carnival has a QWERTY keypad.

Both handsets pack in a 1.3-megapixel camera with support for video recording and playback.

Other features include T-flash support (up to 8 GB) with a free 2 GB memory card, a built-in FM radio with recording facility, a 950 mAh battery which gives a talk time of four hours and 3.5 mm audio jack.

At the launch, Dilip Modi, managing director, S Mobility, said, “There has been a growing demand for music phones, whose features range from delivering a great music experience to multimedia to social networking to even official work.”
