LG has introduced two additions to its Cookie range of handhelds: the Cookie Fresh GS290 and the Cookie Plus GS 500v. The GS290 packs in a 2 megapixel camera, an LCD touchscreen, one-touch access to social networking sites, an inbuilt Oxford Dictionary and 28 MB of internal memory that can be increased to 16 GB. The GS500v comes with a 3 megapixel camera, an LCD touchscreen display, MMS and a three-way user interface. The handset supports 3G networks and has 30 MB of internal memory that can be expanded using microSD cards up to 8 GB. The LG Cookie Fresh GS290 costs Rs 6,199 while the LG Cookie Plus GS500v is priced at Rs 7,999.
