China-based Meizu Technology (MEIZU) has launched the MX5 smartphone in India at a price of Rs 19,999. The device is available exclusively on Snapdeal.

The MX5 features a 5.5-inch full HD AMOLED display with 1920 x 1080p resolution and runs on Flyme operating system 4.5 based on Android 5.1 Lollipop. It is powered by a 2.2 GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio X10 processor coupled with 3 GB RAM and a 3150 mAh battery. The dual sim device offers 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.1 connectivity.

The smartphone has a 20.7 MP rear camera with dual-tone LED flash and laser autofocus and a 5 MP front camera.  The device is available in gray, white, gold, silver and black colour variants.
