Gionee has launched the Elife S5.1 smartphone in India for a price of Rs 18,999. The smartphone has a 4.8-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 720x1280 pixels. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor and runs on Android 4.4 KitKat operating system with Amigo 2.0 user interface. The Elife S5.1 has 1 GB of RAM and 16 GB of non-expandable internal memory.

It features an 8 megapixel primary camera with LED flash along with a 5 megapixel front-facing camera. It offers connectivity options like Bluetooth 4.0, Micro-USB 2.0, Wi-Fi, GPS, and OTG connectivity. Further, the smartphone has a battery size of 2100mAh.
