Tata Teleservices Limited (TTSL), India's second largest provider of CDMA mobile services, expects to break-even in the second half of 2006, according to company officials.

Currently, the company is reportedly in talks with financial investors to sell part of its stake. The Tata Group will, however, retain majority control of TTSL.
