TTSL has refuted BSNL's allegation on non-payment of dues and charged the PSU with delaying signing of an agreement for interconnection under the unified access service licence (UASL). TTSL, however, contends that it was constantly in touch with BSNL after migrating to the UASL regime. But the PSU did not give it enough time to discuss and finalise the revised agreements.
