TATA DOCOMO, TTSL's GSM brand, has launched commercial operations in the Kolkata and Haryana circles, taking the total number of circles it is operational in to 10. Meanwhile, NTT DOCOMO is planning to set up a new global research and development (R&D) centre in India in association with TTSL. This would be DOCOMO's sixth R&D centre in the world.
