BTVL to carry 30 per cent of BSNL's ILD traffic

According to reports, BTVL will carry 30 per cent of BSNL's ILD traffic. BSNL clocks 60 million minutes of ILD traffic per month with a value of around Rs 300 million. While 30 per cent of the business will be carried by Bharti, Reliance Infocomm will carry 20 per cent. The remaining 50 per cent traffic will be transacted by BSNL through its own international call network and other carriers. Videsh Sanchar Nigam Limited (VSNL) will have a negligible share of the businesses. In the past, BSNL had offered VSNL about Rs 4 billion worth of international call traffic.
