RCOM has tied up with Orange Telecom to use the French company's brand to offer CDMA-based mobile services. However, the company has not elaborated on the details of the deal with Orange. Meanwhile, MTNL is also exploring the option of entering into a franchisee relationship with a foreign operator for its CDMA operations.
