Russian telecom service provider Sistema is planning to invest up to $5 billion in Shyam Telelink over the next three years to expand Shyam's telecom network across the country. The Russian company has signed an agreement with Shyam Telelink to acquire 74 per cent stake in the company over a certain time-frame.
