TDSAT has deferred Idea Cellular's plea to impose a stay on thespectrum allocation for new entrants. Till the next hearing on the issue, the tribunal has also rejected Idea's request to put on hold the process for allotment of unified access service licences (UASLs) to nine firms that have recently been issued LoIs.
