The COAI has reportedly accepted TRAI's spectrum allocation norms suggesting a twoto sixfold increase in an operator's subscriber base to qualify for additional spectrum. The COAI had earlier opposed these norms and challenged them in the TDSAT and subsequently in the Delhi High Court. However, the COAI continues to legally oppose the government's move to allow dual technology.
