Network service provider GTL is in the process of acquiring Malaysia- based network planning and optimisation firm ADA Cellworks in an all-cash deal worth $25 million. The acquisition, which is being made through GTL's global arm, GTL International, is subject to conditions and regulatory approvals, and is likely to be completed by December 2007. The move will strengthen GTL's presence in the high-value segments of network planning and optimisation.
