PCCW has won Hong Kong's fifth 3G CDMA mobile service licence.

PCCW has won Hong Kong's fifth 3G CDMA mobile service licence. According to the licence terms, PCCW has to provide CDMA2000 coverage to the urban areas as well as inside road tunnels, airports and on railways starting November 20, 2008.
Meanwhile, PCCW is likely to form a joint venture with Chunghwa Telecom to introduce its Now TV platform for broadband TV in the Taiwanese market by the end of 2007.
