Samsung Electronics has announced plans to launch two new mobile phones with a speech-to-text conversion capability, enabling users to send text messages using their voices. The two models are equipped with the world's first speech-to-text feature, and will enter the US market in late February. The speech-to-text capability is possible only for English speakers as of now.
