The Bharti Airtel and Reliance Communications (RCOM)-led consortiums, Samawat-Bharti and Abdullah Abdul Aziz Al-RajhiReliance, have lost the bid for Saudi Arabia's third mobile licence.
The Kuwait-based telecom service provider, Mobile Telecom Company, has won the bid with an offer of $6.11 billion.
